Charlotte Hill

Charlotte Hill is a committed organizer and activist for the Dignity Movement. From 9-5, she can be found working as the Communications Associate at EARN, a San Francisco-based nonprofit helping low-wage workers save and invest in building better futures for their families.

Prior to joining EARN, Charlotte practiced community organizing as the College National Outreach Coordinator for STAND, a student anti-genocide coalition. Upon graduating with a B.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies from UC Berkeley in 2009, she co-founded and managed a small consulting company, providing social media management for several non-profit organizations and socially minded businesses.

Charlotte was a 2010 Carl Wilkens Fellow with the Genocide Intervention Network and regularly contributed to Change.org’s Human Rights and Poverty in America blogs. She currently serves as a 2011 Fellow with the New Leaders Council.
